The quality of customer service provided by staff at the hotel was absolutely outstanding, particularly that provided by the Duty Managers who far exceeded our expectations in ensuring that our stay was memorable and that our welfare was their number one priority. Rooms are extremely well appointed and the house keeping do an exceptional job in maintaining a very high level of cleanliness in all areas throughout the hotel. The location is in one of the more secluded streets, if such could be said of Hanoi, within short walking distance to any quarter within the central area. We have already recommended this great little hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and will continue to do so.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed so far. The room was lovely and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to find things that we had asked for. The hotel location is great - in walking distance to various interesting buildings and parks, shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was lovely as well. We loved the food they cooked. Can not recommend this hotel enough

People said the noise from the next door construction was terrible but throughout my stay there was nothing. I assume it's finished! Great hotel! Great stay!

I would like to mention that the staff were absolutely amazing. They were able to assist us with any questions or queries we had. We even had a staff member take us out and about in Saigon to show us the temples and the jail. The room was comfy, we had a twin room and didn't find it crowded at all. Comfy beds that's for sure.

Give added service before and after check in and check out. Desk manager is helpful. My children and group of friends enjoyed the stay ! We will recommend friends to stay here.

The staff is very friendly and the service is top notch. The manager, Mr.Bie and his staff team has done a really good customer service care

The water heater doesn't run smoothly. Sometimes it's too hot or simply too cold. Trying to adjust it but it's cold most of the times

The location is very good, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The famous puppet show is only 10 minutes walking. Other attractions like for example the temple of literature or Ho Chi Minh mausoleum are around 10 min by taxi. The staff is amazing! Very friendly, helpful and their English is very good. The breakfast is really good, many options. I liked a lot that they have fresh juices and you can even ask for different pancakes, omelettes and other food a la carte for free. We were three friends so we booked the family room. This was two spacious rooms with own large bathroom. The rooms were connected through another main door. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Modern, very clean and staff extremely helpful. The hotel appears to have been recently refurbished to a very high quality, everything worked well. Breakfast quality and service very good.

As others have commentated there is building work around the hotel making it very noisy. It didn't continue beyond 8pm for us but I was woken by the sound of an angle-grinder at 0610! For some reason acoustics of the building make noise from other guests also very apparent. None of this was a problem for us as we were on a short visit and keen to get up early anyway, but probably something to consider if you are looking for relaxation and. Long lay-in.

The hotel staff made our stay so wonderful. When we left we felt like we were saying goodbye to family. We were even invited to a staff party at a nearby karaoke bar and had the most incredible time.

    Construction.

This hotel is amazing! The staff were the nicest people in the whole of Vietnam. They genuinely looked after us rather than trying to just profit from us.

Great staff, nice location. Probably when the 2 constructions are over is going to be a great place to stay.

Too noisy now regarding it is located between two constructions.

Staff we exceedingly helpful and the location is perfect.

Hotel is near perfect just some construction next door which can't be helped.

The staff, especially the travel manager, was excellent.

Some construction noise in the morning.

The hotel staff were very polite but nothing can makeup for the disruption of the building next door. I was extremely disappointed with the high rate reviews it did not really explain concrete pouring between 23.00 and 24.00 hours the renovations will be going for sometime yet. The room was dark and the bathroom clear shower and toilet were !!!! Don't stay there if they are still renovating. We were planning to stay for 4 nights fortunately we had only booked one. Our move to our next hotel was perfect.

Hotel situated in western part of the old city but within easy walking distance from the lake. Nice design and comfy beds. Good breakfast. Staff all extremely nice and helpfull. Spend a little more and go for rooms with viev as other rooms are quite dark because of small window towards shaft. Will stay again.
